Terms and Conditions:
- All exchanges must be made within seven days of purchase date and accompanied by the original invoice only. There is a no cash refund policy, Gemini Custom Composites offers credit or exchanges only.
Any damaged or defective "sale" items are sold "as is" and purchases are final.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all custom-made
products. All unclaimed custom-made items will be available for public sale 30 days after completion of product.
Custom-made items are not returnable.
- A 10% handling charge
will apply to all deposites refunded on all products
ordered.
- We will not be liable for any failures to produce products to buyer when the cause or such failure is the result of labor disputes, supplies or material shortages, act of local, state, provincial, national, civil or other authorities or public agencies; utility or communications failures, accidents, act or cause that does not normally occur in the normal course of Gemini Custom Composites business.
- Upon purchasing a product from Gemini Custom Composites, the buyer fully understands that all products are sold "as is" with no warranty expressed or implied; Due to the fact that all parts are made of carbon fibre
and/or fiberglass .
- The buyer also understands that due to strict U.S. Federal State and Canadian Federal State Safety and Crash Guidelines, Gemini Custom Composites is not responsible or liable for any damages or possible injury or
possible death incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment or act of god/nature. While every effort is made to provide technical information and assistance we have no control over owner installation, modification or final use of the products.
- All products are built and sold for a
exhibition show purposes only and not intended for use on public roads.
- Buyer should check with local city, state or provincial policies or regulations with regards to importing, installing, and re-selling prior to ordering or purchasing any products
- All aftermarket products should always be installed by professional body shops only.
- Taxes: For British Columbia - 7% GST + 7.5% PST tax will be applied to all purchases.
Any additional taxes, levies, duties or shipping costs on purchased items will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
